Preferred Pet Sitting Service was established in 1996 by Bob Shade. The purpose of the service is to provide love and care for pets in their own environment while the owner is away on a trip, or at a busy day at work.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

• Love, hugs, kisses, and time for the "kids"
• Fresh food and water
• Medications administered
• Potty time - in the yard and/or walks
• Litter boxes cleaned daily
• Treats given


For the security of the home, other services provided are:

• Lights alternated
• Curtains opened and closed
• Plants watered
• Trash out
• Mail and papers brought in

Average time for daily visits while the owner is at work is approximately 20 minutes. The average time for visits while the owner is on a trip is approximately 30 minutes, or longer if needed.

 

ABOUT ME:

I received a Masters Degree is Music Education, in 1974 from Miami University. I taught school for 20 years, from 1974-1995. At that point, I decided to make a career change and started working as a pet sitter with a local pet sitting business. I enjoyed working with people and their pets so much, that I decided to branch out and start my own pet sitting business in June, 1996. I have been pet sitting full-time ever since, and can provide many references.
