PETS Network of Southwest Ohio

The PETS Network of Southwest Ohio, standing for "People Experienced To Sit", was established in 1999, so that pet sitters would have an organization where they could meet and discuss numerous topics pertaining to their field of work and to share both good and bad experiences they have had when out in the field.

More importantly, the PETS Network of Southwest Ohio provides backup to individual pet sitters in the network when needed, such as vacation time or illness, thus providing a guarantee to their clients that they will always have "people experienced to sit".
It also serves as a referral basis for the membership when a pet sitter receives a telephone call from a prospective client that is outside of their area. Then the member pet sitter can refer the inquiring client to a fellow member of the PETS Network who does pet sit in that area, again ensuring that the client will always have a pet sitter who is "experienced to sit".
WHY CHOOSE A PROFESSIONAL PET SITTER?
Why should you choose a professional sitter to take care of your pets instead of a neighbor or kid down the street? Well, a professional sitter is experienced in taking care of a variety of pets and their different personalities. Many have been trained in pet first aid care in case something goes wrong. Since the pet sitter does this activity for a living, you can count on a professional sitter to be on time according to the schedule that you request. Kids and neighbors often have different things come up and may forget to take care of your pet. Not everyone is pet friendly, and your pet can be a good judge of character. A professional pet sitter knows how to treat your pet so your pet will be more comfortable while you are away from home.
Pet sitting service is an alternative to kenneling. Services provided by pet sitters include dog walking, house sitting, overnight stays, etc. PETS Network of Southwest Ohio provides pet sitting in the following areas:* Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Brookville, Centerville, Clayton, Crosby Township, Dayton, Deerfield Township, Englewood, Harrison, Kettering, Lewisburg, Mason, Miamisburg, Miamitown, Moraine, Oakwood, Spring Valley, Springboro, Sugarcreek Township, Trotwood, Washington Township, Waynesville, West Carrollton, West Chester, and Whitewater Township.
If you are looking for a pet sitter in any of these areas, please contact one of the sitters in our network. Click here to see a list of our current members.
*NOTE: Not all sitters sit in all areas.
